Founded in 2023, Coral Contracting Services, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) registered in SAM.gov, specializing in federal facility maintenance and government procurement support. We deliver reliable, compliant, and mission-ready solutions tailored to the operational needs of federal agencies.

Coral Contracting is led by Justin Childs, an experienced project management and quality management professional with more than a decade of leadership in construction, federal contracting, and quality control. His background includes managing complex projects across healthcare, commercial, and government sectors, as well as implementing rigorous quality assurance programs and federal compliance standards.

 

Today, Coral Contracting focuses on providing facility maintenance services that ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of critical government infrastructure. We currently support the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs through a multi-year HVAC maintenance contract at the Iowa City VA Health Care System in Iowa City, Iowa, where we are executing Year 2 of a five-year contract. Our team is responsible for contract compliance, quality assurance, subcontractor coordination, and service delivery aligned with federal requirements and performance standards.

 

In addition to facility maintenance, Coral Contracting provides procurement and contract support services for federal agencies, helping streamline acquisition processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance. Our approach combines disciplined project management, Three-Phase Quality Control principles, and a commitment to operational excellence.
